Project design is a set of works by which a project is developed within the legal framework, according to the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Act, and all other works defined by collecting all the necessary documentation to build real estate.
Each property must go through several stages before it can be used, and there are three types of project streams: conceptual design, main project, and implementation.
The preliminary design needs to provide basic technical and functional solutions for the installation. It may also contain documentation samples in case of complicated building structures, such as descriptions of the construction technology and different methods of construction. The preliminary design must contain data calculations for the municipal and water fees in accordance with special regulations.
The main project depends on the type of facility and consists of surveying, architecture, construction, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering of the project, as well as an estimate of the costs for the works. These projects are aligned and provide a technical solution to the building, proving that all the necessary conditions that buildings must meet are met.
Implementation of the project involves building the desired object while complying with the ideas of the main project.
